‘Honour men who have feminism within them’....

Any kind of ‘ism’ restricts you. I have worked with thousands of women and their way of working, thinking, behaving is so future-oriented. A woman is a better conservator, better preserver and a better future. A woman’s method of working is far more inclusive and that is what the world needs today —to be more inclusive. Men and women are not at par anywhere in the world. Women have always been the second citizen. The change should come from women themselves...mentally. Why should women consider maternity, motherhood and household work as a burden? That is our privilege, a source of power as the next generation is in our domain. We must know how to convert this into a source of power. Women must have some skills to earn an income and they should also know how democratic structures work. Women are the hope of the future. But we must admit that men have evolved and do accept our success. We need to honour men who have feminism within them. Without their full support, we cannot make a better world.
